You are always welcome to book another follow-up 50min session in the future if you feel further support would be helpful.
Many people assume that starting therapy means committing to regular sessions over a long period of time as this is what is traditionally offered. However, while ongoing therapy is often beneficial, it isn’t always necessary or what everyone wants.
Sometimes what’s needed most is one thoughtful conversation with someone who is fully present, curious, and non-judgemental. A space to talk something through, untangle our thoughts, and look at things from a slightly different perspective.
Single Session Therapy offers exactly that.
It is a focused, one-off session designed to help you explore what feels most important right now. Many people leave feeling clearer, lighter, or with a better sense of how they would like to move forward.
There is no expectation to continue beyond the session — although you are always welcome to book another follow-up session in the future if you feel it would be helpful.
What might we talk about?
Single Session Therapy can be helpful if you:
• Have something specific you would like to think through
• Feel stuck or overwhelmed by a situation in your life
• Would like help making a decision
• Want to process something that has happened
• Feel unsure about whether you need ongoing therapy
You don’t need to arrive with everything clearly worked out. We can take some time at the beginning of the session to identify what would feel most helpful to focus on.
What to expect
This session lasts up to 90 minutes and takes place online via Zoom.
We’ll begin by talking about what has brought you to the session and what you would most like to leave with. From there we will explore things together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Some people leave with new insights, others with a clearer sense of direction, and many simply feel relieved to have shared what has been on their mind.
