Every mother deserves support
Motherhood can be one of the most meaningful and life-changing experiences — but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating and emotionally intense at times. Many mothers feel they should be able to cope independently, even when they are exhausted, anxious, or quietly wondering if what they’re feeling is normal.
However, you don’t have to navigate these changes alone. I offer flexible sessions for mothers who would value a calm, compassionate and non- judgmental space to talk, reflect, and feel emotionally supported during this significant stage of life.
