Ongoing therapy

Life can be heavy at times, but you don’t have to go through it alone.

I offer a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, and together we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some arrive with a clear difficulty they would like support with, while others simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right and would value space to understand themselves more deeply.

I work with a range of emotional and mental health challenges, including:

• anxiety
• depression or low mood
• low self-esteem
• relationship and attachment difficulties
• loss and grief

Alongside my general therapy work, I have a particular interest in supporting mothers during the perinatal period and beyond. Pregnancy and early motherhood can bring profound emotional and identity changes, and many women find it helpful to have a space where they can talk honestly about these experiences.

How therapy works

I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on what feels most helpful for you.  Throughout the process we will check in regularly about how the work is feeling for you and whether the therapy is supporting you in the way you had hoped.  There is no ongoing commitment and you are free to finish whenever feels right.

Practical details

Sessions last 50 minutes and take place online via Zoom.

Weekly or fortnightly sessions are most common, although we can think together about what frequency of therapy might work best for you. Babies under one year old are very welcome to attend sessions with their mothers if needed.

Session fee: £70

It’s important to me that therapy is as accessible as possible, so I keep a small number of lower-cost spaces available. Please don’t hesitate to ask if this might be helpful.
